Meet Sandra


Sandra Marconi, team leader of The Marconi Team, epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work. After growing up in Port Arthur, Texas, she moved to the Houston area in 1979. Sandra excelled in jobs in the marketing field before she began her robust career in Real Estate in 2003. It has always been her heart’s desire for her business to be a family business. In 2013, her son, Justin, joined the team as the lead buyer’s agent.

When starting in real estate, Sandra was encouraged by a close mentor to never stop learning. As a result of this she invested in hiring a personal real estate coach and has encouraged her team members to do the same. With real estate being an industry that is always changing, she has made a commitment to continue to learn and understand the changes and the market and then share that information with her clients. Sandra uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem in her clients’ transactions helping all transactions proceed smoothly. She leads trains and motivates her team to communicate with their clients. She feels it is better to over communicate than to not communicate. Many clients have become friends by the end of their transaction and are considered a part of the family.

Sandra is a devoted wife to Dominic and a mother to four children and a son- in -law. She is very devoted to God and credits Him for her success in business. When taking a break, she enjoys vacations to the mountains for skiing and summer getaways to the beach to watch the waves roll in. A few words that would describe Sandra and ones that you can count on with her are integrity, commitment, passion and oodles of fun.
